We’re a fast growing team looking for a talented sales executive who enjoys working closely with customers to understand their objectives and design a solution to enable them to achieve their goals across their communication channels.
The successful candidate will be working with a diverse range of customers in different markets and verticals. They will gather customer feedback while working with the team to help align our product roadmap. This role needs to communicate effectively across the internal team and customers, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoys the challenges of providing excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.

Ownership of the full sales cycle
Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
Foster new relationships for Iris through outbound efforts
Educate customers on the value of business messaging with Iris throughout the adoption cycle
Identify customer needs to ensure customer success with a focus on signup, upgrade, and renewal
Initiate, negotiate and close new and renewal contracts with customers
Communicate and escalate issues appropriately including: billing, legal, security, on boarding, and technical inquiries
Educate customers on new features and releases
Monitor and identify adoption and utilisation trends
Provide recommendations based on customer's business needs and usage patterns to positively influence the product roadmap
Conduct periodic customer health-checks with an emphasis on customer happiness
2+ years of Software Account Executive experience
Sales experience in a SaaS organisation
Experience managing a pipeline and closing mid to large contracts
Excellent communication skills with customers and internally
Negotiation and closing skills
Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite
Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
An interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
Ability to be flexible and adaptive
Some travel required
